About Moorland
A small Lancashire team who build every room themselves
Moorland Products and Services is based in Colne, Lancashire, United Kingdom. We build garden rooms the way we would want one built at home: solid frame, proper insulation, honest timber and a finish you would be happy to show people.
There is no showroom and no sales team. You deal with the people holding the tools, which is why the work stays consistent and the quote stays the quote.
Most of our work comes from neighbours and word of mouth around Colne, Nelson, Barrowford and the wider Pendle area.
How a build runs

A chat and a look
We come out, look at the space and the access, and talk about what you want the room to do.

Design and quote
You get a clear size, layout and finish, with one written price. No hidden extras later.
- 03
Base and shell
We prepare a level base, frame the room and get it watertight and insulated.
- 04
Cladding and fit-out
Cedar cladding, doors and glazing, then electrics, linings, flooring and lighting inside.
- 05
Cleared and handed over
We tidy the garden, walk you round the finished room and stay on the end of the phone.
