Sturdy floors, ventilation and a layout that can be split — training space one side, storage the other.

Craft rooms, music rooms and treatment rooms, lined and finished ready to move straight into.
Included as standard
What you get
The specification below is the baseline on every build. Extras like heating, blinds, decking and landscaping can be added.
- Treated timber frame on a level, load-bearing base
- Insulated floor, walls and roof
- Vertical cedar cladding with anthracite trims
- Double glazed sliding, bi-fold or French doors
- Fully wired: sockets, lighting and consumer unit by a qualified electrician
- Internal linings, flooring and eaves lighting finished before we hand it over
